For the purposes of this agreement, the “services” refer to the services provided by X2Engine, which are provided by X2Engine and provided by X2Engine. These services include all services listed and available on-site, including, but not limited, technical assistance, installation support, data import support and development services, as well as hosting services related to X2Engine`s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application. RURO support is available during opening hours from 9 a.m. to 1.m 7:00 a.m.m, eastern time, Monday to Friday, without US federal holidays, via email, online chat and web interface. The customer recognizes and accepts that RURO will provide all facilities, adjustments, settings and server-side support and that neither the client nor the third parties mandated by the customer are authorized to provide such services. X2Engine reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to verify the changes made to this Agreement. You do not have the right to amend or amend this agreement. Your use of the Services following a change in this Contract by X2Engine means your consent to the revised terms and their approval. If you do not accept changes to this agreement, do not use the services. They agree to comply with U.S. and other applicable export control laws and not to transfer restricted content or software under U.S. and other applicable export control laws without obtaining the necessary administrative authorization and subsequently complying. The customer is responsible for setting up and maintaining his Internet connection, which is necessary to access and use the services. Any use of the services must comply with the software usage rules defined by RURO and published on the RURO website at the URL: web.ruro.com/about/legal-compliance (the “Directive”).
